Learning Goals

1. Professional Ethics       

Students should be able to identify ethical issues and challenges encountered within an organization and determine how they affect various stakeholders, social responsibilities of business professionals and leaders.

2. Communication Skills  

Students should be able to communicate interpersonally in a clear and professional way in both writing and speaking.

3. Chinese Business Insight & International Vision       

Student should be able to evaluate social, legal, economic, cultural, and political issues and trends that affect both domestic and international business.

4. Research Skills      

Students should be able to analyze and interpret data and design research projects.

5. Critical Thinking   

Students should be able to analyze and solve complex managerial and organizational problems incorporating reflective thinking on the implications of the outcomes of those decisions.
