School of Management Successfully Holds AoL Advancement Meeting for the MBA and EMBA Programs
On the afternoon of June 29, School of Management successfully held AoL Advancement meeting for the MBA and EMBA programs. Vice Dean Zishan Ling, Assistant Dean and Director of International Affairs Office Jun Qi, and faculty representatives from the MBA and EMBA programs attended the meeting.

Jun Qi expressed that the core topic of this meeting is to make targeted modifications to the competency goals for students under the new standards, based on the characteristics of the MBA and EMBA programs. Faculty representatives discussed enthusiastically the professional skills and abilities that students should possess according to AACSB certification requirements. They collaboratively adjusted the competency goals for the MBA and EMBA programs, highlighting the school's mission and program characteristics in the design of the curriculum map. In addition, the representatives also suggested that the rubric for the same course group should be unified and that indirect assessment methods should be further enriched.

The International Affairs Office, MBA Center, and EMBA Center have taken into account the feedback and suggestions from the faculty representatives and have conducted a thorough analysis of the possible measures. SoM will implement appropriate management measures for AoL work in the upcoming phase.
