Normandie Business School Delegation Engages with School of Management
On the 25th of September, the School of Management, JINAN UNIVERSITY welcomed a distinguished delegation from Normandie Business School. The visit was led by Elian PILVIN, Dean and General Manager, with Anne-Sophie COURTIER, Dean of Programmes, Olivier KOVARSKI, Director of Chinese Projects and Associate Professor of Marketing, Weiwei WANG, International Projects Development Coordinator, and exchange student Margaux TOURRES. The meeting was hosted by Jun QI, Associate Dean and Director of the International Affairs Office at SoM, with the entire international affairs team in attendance.
Jun QI expressed a warm welcome to the Normandie Business School delegation and provided an overview of SoM's historical development and educational resources. She highlighted the ninth year of the exchange program between SoM and Normandie Business School, which has fostered a deep friendship through multiple student exchanges. QI expressed her appreciation for Normandie Business School's emphasis on cross-cultural capabilities and international perspectives, and she looks forward to integrating resources of both sides to explore diverse international cooperation and jointly cultivate global business elites.
Elian Pilvin thanked SoM for the warm reception and acknowledged the common ground in talent cultivation and strategic planning, as well as the broad potential for collaboration between the two institutions. He presented Normandie Business School's "four countries, six campuses" model and discussed future cooperation directions with representatives from SoM, outlining a development blueprint for further collaboration.
During the meeting, exchange student Margaux TOURRES shared her experiences studying at JINAN UNIVERSITY. She expressed her long-standing interest in Chinese culture and gratitude for the opportunity to take Chinese language courses offered to international students at JINAN UNIVERSITY, appreciating the unique business education and cultural immersion.
Guided by its internationalization strategy, SoM maintains robust connections with preeminent business institutions from Asia, Europe, and the Americas. These partnerships enrich SoM's international educational resources and enhance its global influence.
