Delegation from Faculty of Business, Lingnan University Visited School of Management

On the morning of June 14th, a delegation from Faculty of Business, Lingnan University, led by Associate Dean Prof. Shanshan SHI, visited School of Management, JINAN UNIVERSITY. Accompanying her were Prof. Lai WEI, Head of Department of Finance, and Mr. Chun-Ho CHOI, Assistant Programme Manager from Faculty of Business, Lingnan University. The delegation was welcomed by Dean Wenjing LI, Associate Dean Zishan LING, and Associate Dean Jun QI of the School of Management, JINAN UNIVERSITY, along with colleagues from the MBA, EMBA centers, and the International Affairs Office.



Wenjing LI extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation and shared updates on the School of Management's recent initiatives, particularly on the Research Center of Inclusive Finance and Digital Economy, expressing eager anticipation for collaborative projects. Zishan LING introduced the team responsible for the collaboration and sincerely hoped that both institutions would leverage their strengths for mutual development and contribute to high-quality growth on both sides.



Shanshan SHI and Lai WEI engaged in in-depth discussions with representatives from SoM, on topics including doctoral student exchange programs, postgraduate admissions, credit transfer among programs, and regional joint forums. After thorough exchanges of views, both institutions reached a consensus on refining their cooperative curriculum system.



Since the signing of a memorandum of cooperation in 2022, School of Management, JINAN UNIVERSITY, and Faculty of Business, Lingnan University have been exploring diverse collaboration practices. This meeting further deepened their commitment to synergistic education, advancing the construction of theoretical and practical teaching, and contributing to the successful implementation of collaborative projects.
