From May 18th to 21st, a delegation from School of Management, JINAN UNIVERSITY (SoM) was invited to participate in the 2025 AMBA & BGA Global Conference, held in Berlin, Germany. Focusing on global business school priorities such as "Standing Out in a Crowded Market”, “Industry Insights”, “Innovative Academic Leadership” and “Meeting Student Expectations in the Digital Age—integrated with trends like sustainability and AI—the conference featured 14 keynote speeches, multiple thematic discussions, and roundtable forums. As a flagship event of AMBA & BGA, it drew over 400 representatives from business schools across 58 countries and regions.

On May 20th, Associate Dean Jun QI of School of Management, JINAN UNIVERSITY co-presented at the "Green business transformation & leadership development: The Silk Road Network" session. She shared SoM’s experience in nurturing new-era green business talent from three perspectives: curriculum innovation, the X-Studios project, and interdisciplinary green initiatives. "Guided by the philosophy of 'cultural immersion and green empowerment,'" Jun QI stated, "we aim to cultivate visionary, adaptable, and responsible business leaders, contributing meaningful and lasting efforts to a sustainable world through green business talent development."

During the conference, the SoM delegation actively learned from advanced practices and innovative initiatives of globally renowned business institutions. They engaged in in-depth exchanges with representatives from institutions in Asia, Europe, and South America, exploring approaches to curriculum reform, deepening international education, and integrating AI with business education amid rapidly changing external environments.

School of Management first obtained AMBA accreditation in 2011 and earned AMBA & BGA joint accreditation in 2021. Over the years, SoM has actively shared "Jinan perspectives" at numerous AMBA & BGA international conferences, effectively enhancing its global influence. Moving forward, SoM will continue to deepen its internationalization strategy, practice the concept of green empowerment, advance the integration of business education with cutting-edge technology, and strive to build a high-quality, globally influential premier business school.
