The School maintains adequate number of faculty to provide stability and ongoing quality improvement for the instructional programs offered. The deployment of faculty resources reflects the mission and programs. Students in all programs, from all majors, areas of emphasis, and locations have the opportunity to receive appropriate instruction from specific qualified faculty.

We aim to attract and retain outstanding faculty through effective recruitment, development, management and reward system. As of September 2016, the School of Management has 137 full-time teachers in total with 52 professors, 58 associate professors, 27 lecturers, among which 113 are titled with Ph.D. Our faculty members are very active in research and enjoy a good record of international publications.

In line with our strategic objectives, our recruitment of faculty is based on academic excellence in their specialized fields in both teaching and research. To be appointed to our faculty, applicants are expected to have a PhD degree and a proven research track record. Although for early career appointments, a PhD with research potential are adequate.

In order to diversify the faculty pool, the School has also invited renowned scholars worldwide and excellent management practitioners in the industry as part-time lecturers or visiting professors.
